StoryNight at Torriano

North London's liveliest storytelling club for adults, run by MC and storyteller,Nell Phoenix.

Professional storytellers headline the evening. They are expert "craftsmen",the best tellers in the UK. They tour nationally and internationally, performing at festivals, clubs and theatres such as the Barbican, the Globe and the South Bank.

And then they come to StoryNight at Torriano, an intimate, candle-lit space to spellbind us with epics, myths, legends and folktales. StoryNight at Torriano is at the grassroots of the storytelling revival and there is a friendly crowd, the best listening ears and free wine!!

These tellers woo us with their stories - they make us laugh, cry and sometimes horrify, but always they connect in the moment with the tale and with the audience, creating an intimate and unique experience.

And it's only £6 on the door including wine and nibbles.
