Storytelling in schools enhances the development of our children as readers, writers and thinkers. Through storytelling, Nell inspires learning in the classroom by:

• encouraging listening and concentration

• valuing the individual's contribution and raising self-esteem

• developing language skills to tell stories and express our response to them

• widening the breadth of the pupils' emotional, moral and cultural understanding

Students of all ages engage with the energy and immediacy of a story well told - live and direct! They actively listen, comment and participate.
